How do you recruit employees?

After reviewing responses to open positions, we select interesting resumes. If we contact you after this stage—congratulations! You will then have an interview where we’ll get to know each other better, and you can ask any questions about the company and the job. We'll see if our values, goals, and tasks align. After the interview, you may be given a test task to see you in action. Feel free to show your best skills and ideas. Another meeting might follow.

After successfully completing these stages, we’ll be glad to have you on the team!

I sent my resume but haven’t received a response. What should I do?

We can’t always respond immediately, although we strive to do our best. If you haven't received a response within 15 days, we're probably not ready to invite you for an interview yet. Nevertheless, if a suitable position appears, we’ll definitely let you know!
